Kochanski isn’t someone who would stand out in a crowd; as a matter of fact she is the type of girl who blends in. She has long stringy hair that she doesn’t like to do anything with. Her skin in pale and she blames that on the fact that she doesn’t get a lot of sun. Sure she is outside a lot, but she doesn’t spend it out in the sun. She has green eyes and a gentle smile, but most people don’t take the time to get to know her cause they often don’t see she’s there.

Kochanski’s style isn’t anything fancy, she is rather plain so she just sticks to t-shirts and jeans. Stubborn: Kochanski is one of the most stubborn people that you could ever meet. She doesn’t like to do things that she doesn’t feel comfortable with. She doesn’t pursue the things that could better her life because she is happy how she is. She likes not being able to hear because it keeps her out of the drama of thing. Friendly: Kochanski likes meeting new people, but she often isn’t given the chance because people can’t see passed her differences. Lovers: Being that people don’t understand her she hasn’t had a chance to have a real relationship. Being deaf has been a big bump in her life, because most people can’t see past that. They believe that one needs to hear to be able to experience love. Kochanski has not even experienced what it’s like to be kissed and finds herself getting lost in romance novels because she feels it’s as close as she will ever get to a relationship.

Aside from all that Kochanski is an activist. She is a vegan and if she sees someone mistreating an animal she is quick to step in. She probably looks a fool when she does, but she stands behind what she believes in. Being an activist is all she has had to keep her going and though she doesn’t mind that people eat meat in front of her they would rather they not cook it around her.

HISTORY:

When Kochanski was born, it turned her family’s life upside down, most because they didn’t get what they had paid for. Kochanski was one of those scientifically designed babies, her family got to pick everything about her, or at least that is what they thought. They wanted a healthy baby that would grow up to be like one of them, a surgeon or a dentist. What they got was a deaf girl who didn’t like the idea of working on people in any form or fashion. As a matter of fact she didn’t even like the idea of them working on her.

When she was six years old her parents had high tech hearing aids installed so that she wouldn’t have to live her life not knowing what others were saying. She didn’t like them though cause there was always this constant high pitch that she couldn’t get past. So just a few short weeks after getting them installed she destroyed the wires and kept doing that until her parents finally gave up having them replaced. They never removed the device, just in case one day Kochanski would change her mind. Though when she turned to the age where she could make up her own mind, she was told that the devices were not a permanent piece of her body so they are not able to surgically remove them because the bones in her skull attached to them. So Kochanski now simply hides them.

In high school it was difficult for her to make friends because she couldn’t hear them; it was more of a challenge for her to learn because her teachers kept turning their backs on her. So Kochanski began to drift away from people and began doing things her own way. She did her learning by reading the text books her teachers gave her, and went through most of her school life without making any friends. The only person she really had to talk to was her twin sister, but even she hardly ever spoke with Kochanski because of how the girl had pushed herself to the outside. Kochanski is still that way to this day; she would rather be on the outside looking in then try to be involved in the social aspect of life. It’s easier for her this way.
